Students enrolled in courses with Instructor Marcel Dirk, please refer to your COTROnline (Moodle) course pages for the Chicago Manual of Style of documentation and citation information required in those courses.
The Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS) is often used to document sources for papers and assignments in the Humanities (e.g., history, fine arts, and political science).
Your instructor may give you specific instructions on format or style. Always make sure you follow your instructor's guidelines.
Some instructors may have additional or specialized requirements for your citations.
For example, if your are taking a Child, Youth and Family Studies (CYFS) program, you need to check your book Cites and Sources.
Always be aware of class requirements- check with your instructor if you're not sure!
