Request an ID Card

Request an ID Card
You can submit an online request to have your student ID card created. Note that you can also come into the Learning Commons to get your photo taken and complete the student ID process. (Please be aware that the beginning of the semester can be very busy and you might have to wait a bit longer.)

Please submit a book request with the new online form FOR INSTRUCTOR USE ONLY

Once requests are submitted, please allow 24 hours for processing. The student will receive an email once the items are ready for pickup in the library.
