  • Canadian Apprenticeship Forum
    A national, not-for-profit organization working with stakeholders in all regions of Canada to promote apprenticeship as an effective model for training and education.
  • Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety
    CCOHS is Canada's national resource for the advancement of workplace health and safety.
  • Careers in Trades.ca
    When people think about the skilled trades, several immediately spring to mind – electrician, plumber, welder, carpenter, for example. But opportunities in the skilled trades are much more extensive.
  • ITA - Industry Training Authority BC
    The Industry Training Authority (ITA) leads and coordinates British Columbia’s skilled trades system. ITA works with employers, employees, industry, labour, training providers and government to issue credentials, manage apprenticeships, set program standards, and increase opportunities in the trades.
  • Red Seal Canada
    The Red Seal Program is the Canadian standard of excellence for skilled trades. Tradespersons who meet the Red Seal standards receive a Red Seal endorsement on their provincial/territorial trade certificates.
  • Skills Canada
    Skills/Compétences Canada (SCC) is a national, not-for-profit organization that actively encourages and supports a coordinated Canadian approach to promoting careers in skilled trades and technologies to Canadian youth and help secure Canada’s future skilled labour needs.
